Our Story

No one loves tasty food made from local produce more than we do.. and we’re delivering that excitement to you!

We’re run by a produce-passionate collective of wellness-minded folks. We’re committed to nutrient dense foods that feed you, the local economy and our precious PNW soils through organic, no spray, and biodynamic farming methods. We only offer the highest quality food, organically grown whether certified or not (due to the small-scale of some farms), and we’re passionate about supporting our local resilient food system! We are also a zero-waste company, reusing when possible, recycling when we must, and always engaging loving-cleanliness (not the persnickety kind lol).

Lydia Parsley is curating the sourcing, packing & delivery of fresh, organic produce from local farms.. and now offering 1:1 “Optimize Your Nutrition” Intensive Sessions

We want to give our clients the experience of crisp, ripe and delicious vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and show how the best flavor comes locally.

What’s it like to work with Lydia? Check out these TESTIMONIALS:

”Lydia's in-depth knowledge and experience with nutrition, food and juicing has been essential to my healing journey and betterment of conscious living. She's one of the few practitioners I've encountered that is willing to explore what plant resources truly empower your relationship with food and connect your ecological experience.”  -Eugenie Jolivett Fontana, Portland OR

“Lydia is my nutrition Guru and I feel spoiled when I get to drink the hand-crafted juices and cocktails she makes with natural healthy infusions, fruits, vegetables and whole foods. I never had real nutritious bread before she fed it to me at her café. I called it Lembas bread like the hobbits ate in LOTR. It was real food. Lydia has made me realize how food and nutrition should taste and what it feels like to really nourish myself. I now know better, how medicinal food can be, and my body says thank you.” - Pam R. Atlanta, GA

A lot of what I have enjoyed about food I have learned from Lydia.  She taught me about okra, a vegetable I thought I didn't like and now love, and persimmons, a fruit I didn't even know existed, which is also now my favorite.  The juices she makes are incredible.  I haven't ever found combinations of flavors like that anywhere else.  Pomegranate and thyme, rich and creamy Brazil nut milk with Himalayan salt...  More recently, I have been coming to Lydia for all types of physical ailments for myself and my loved ones.  The other day she recommended "eyebright" and red algae for my vision.  I've been taking it every morning.  I have gotten the feeling that Lydia actually cares about people.  There is an openness, a curiosity, an aliveness, and a compassion with which knowledge and nourishment is readily given.” - Lexi Z.
